Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your vinyl decor. If things aren't right, you can return items within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive and check the item, we will process your refund directly to your original payment method. Please note that custom-made pieces are final sale, but we'll always work with you if there's a craft defect.
Shipping Rules
Based in Manila, we ship across the Philippines and select areas in Asia. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days. Standard shipping fees are calculated at checkout in PHP. While we strive for speed, occasional weather or carrier delays might happen—we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
